The problem
Agents are easy to demo and hard to approve. A team needs a gate and a record of the scoped action. The gate is not a safety certificate and not a court judgment.
How the product works
A deployment team names the action an agent may take. The gate allows that action or stops it. Each allowed action can carry the identity that requested it. The receipt is evidence of that request. HeadFade's loop is watch, vote, reveal, continue. CounselConduit's loop is a firm pilot, a matter-scoped channel, and a direction record. CounselConduit does not create privilege.
